better person. For the past year, I was again in interaction with my teachers,
classmates, and people. I was not just learning the lessons taught in school, I
was also learning the lessons of life. Every day I am progressing in mind and
gaining a comprehensive understanding of events." "One of my teachers by the way asked me if I
could be his research assistant, he said he wants to do research about durian,
the king of fruit, about the behavior of people about it and what it signifies
to people from all walks of life that are living here in Davao. I’m really
proud of it coz it’s a part of my heritage, from my grandfather until me the
durian has always been a part of our lives. I love Durian and for me its
scent will always be one of the sweetest scents that I’ve ever smelled." |
